Corefit: Fitness that Fits Your Life
Corefit is a virtual fitness program and wellness app designed to meet you wherever you are—in your living room, at the gym, or even on vacation. With flexible access, built-in accountability, and a strong sense of community, Corefit makes it easy to stay committed and energized in every season of life.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, modifications are offered in every workout to help you move confidently at your level.
Cost - $58/month ($1.90/day)
What’s Included:
Weekly Workout Schedule
5 live workouts (45 mins each) – Monday to Friday, 5:15–6:00am CST
Bonus weekend workout (30 mins) – Posted Saturday at 5:00am CST
Replay access – All live classes recorded and posted by 6:15am daily, available for 7 days

Monday – Lower Body + Cardio
Tuesday – Total Body Strength
Wednesday – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Thursday – Upper Body + Core
Friday – Total Body Burnout
Saturday/Sunday – Bonus Workout (recorded only)

The nutrition program is a program that promotes mindful eating and how healthy begins on the inside. Teaching you that there are many components in a health and wellness journey that determine success including fitness, mindful nutrition that you can incorporate into your everyday life. As well as how stress and overall lifestyle can impact your ability to reach your goals.
This program is designed for a broad audience but also with the ability to tailor specifically to you! With a self-guided approach you can move at a pace that challenges you but yet does not overwhelm you on your journey. With the option to return to a module at anytime for more guidance and understanding.
Corefit and non-Corefit clients are eligible to enroll.

I recommend a heavy (12-15lb) and light (5-8lb) set of dumbbells, a sturdy chair, exercise mat and booty bands! Never let a lack of equipment hold you back from beginning though!
Absolutely!! All levels of fitness are welcome in the Corefit program, I will always encourage you to meet yourself where you are at and grow from there.
Only if you want them to!! I mute everyone but myself as the workout begins and you have the option to turn off your video if you’d like.

No problem! I offer the recorded version of each workout AND a wide variety of on demand workouts including strength + cardio, stretching and mobility videos
